Here we serve traditional, made-from-scratch Italian-style pizza with all of your favorite toppings, along with other American and Costa Rican dishes. A complimentary full breakfast is offered each morning. Surrounded by the rainforest, the Bistro is frequently visited by three species of monkeys, agouti's, the occasional sloth and a wide variety of exotic birds. Whether you are looking for a juicy hamburger and fries, a typical "casado" (rice, black beans, salad, meat and fried plantain) or our signature pizza, you're sure to enjoy dining and then relaxing near the pool in one of our lounge chairs. Sip a cocktail or a fresh fruit smoothie while soaking up the sun! If you like, our wait staff will take your order poolside.
